Westport, CT is a historic town in Fairfield County with a population of over 25,000. This 22.4 square mile shorefront town has a lot to offer families with children.  Beautiful Compo Beach has a new giant playground.  Westport is also home to the State Park at Sherwood Island where people come to hike, bike, ski, swim, fish, and study nature.  The Levitt Pavilion offers free nightly entertainment in the summer months.  Westport has an excellent school system with four elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school.  For more information about Westport’s demographics, click here.
