Welcome to Mount Kisco New York
Mount Kisco NY is located in the center of Northern Westchester County and is often referred to as the commercial hub of Northern Westchester. It has a population of 15,591 and covers 21 square miles. This includes a large number of small businesses, retail stores, financial and medical offices. Northern Westchester Hospital Center and the all-inclusive Mount Kisco Medical Group make Mount Kisco the hub of healthcare in Northern Westchester as well. Despite the amount of business in the area as well as the big-city feel, Mount Kisco is a small town at heart. In April 2007, Mount Kisco was named the "Best Family Town in Westchester" by InTown Magazine. Mount Kisco offers excellent educational opportunities. There are 2 elementary schools, 1 middle school and 1 high school. Newsweek put Fox Lane High school on its "Best" list in May 2005.
