Over 8,900 local parents subscribe to our weekly email newsletter and use it to plan their family’s weekend activities. Our readers are avid fans because KidsEvents supplies the information they need most, in a timely and convenient email format. We offer three “sponsorship” opportunities in the weekly Fairfield County CT / Westchester County NY edition of our newsletter (published each Thursday.) Sponsorship ads are highly visible and give you the ability to target & reach local moms and dads INSTANTLY.

Sponsorships are generally used to promote TIME SENSITIVE special events such as fairs & festivals, shows, special offers or sales, and the start date of classes. (Read more about our email list, open rates & subscribers below.)

Newsletter sponsors also enjoy guaranteed text placement of their event (with link) in the “Recommended Events” section of the email newsletter two consecutive weeks before the event. This guaranteed placement can add significantly to the click throughs generated by the campaign.

* If you are not providing an image that exactly meets the specification below, the fee to create a graphic using your images and layout is $25.

SPECIFICATIONS: The sponsorship consists of a graphic (150 pixels wide by 175 pixels tall, file weight not to exceed 35KB, no animation or sound); one line of copy (not to exceed 68 characters including spaces); two links (one from the graphic, and one from the text – same URL.) JPG and/or GIF preferred. Sponsorship #1 is at the left, #2 is in the center, and #3 is on the right of the sponsorship section of the email newsletter. Materials are due the FRIDAY prior to the date of your Thursday sponsorship.

About our list: Subscribers total 8,900+ families from Fairfield County CT & Westchester County NY. Subscribers are primarily moms with children under age 13. The newsletter is published weekly with the exception of major holiday weeks (48 times each year) on Thursday mornings in HTML format. No other email list like it exists in Fairfield OR Westchester County. The list is purged weekly of undeliverable emails, and maintains an open rate 49% higher than industry averages. New subscribers come to our list primarily by referral from their friends.
